Main > 707 Wing - Seoul, Korea
The 707 projects is a simple commercial office space program forced onto a very difficult site due to code restrictions. All buildings within Seoul must conform to rigourous "envelope" guidelines developed on a site-by-site basis. This restricts the built area of the building that is counted as usable space. In this case the buildings design takes it's cue from that envelope without disregarding the client's interest in maintaining a maximum return on the site.

The "wing" shape conforms to the envelope and optimizes the clients usable space in an economical package within a strong legible singular gesture.
